FAQ

Questions Before Model Selection

Gas selection, installation, interfaces and technical support.

Send application details →
Which gases and measuring ranges are available?

Our analyzers measure SO2, NO, NO2, N2O, O2, CO, CO2, NH3, HCl, HF, CH4 and H2O. Gas availability, measuring range and units depend on the model and configuration.

How do I choose between in-situ and extractive measurement?

Choose by process temperature, pressure, dust, moisture, response time and installation space. In-situ analyzers measure directly in the process; extractive systems use a sample gas line.

What process information is required for model selection?

Target gas, expected range, background gas composition, temperature, pressure, dust, moisture, duct size or optical path, preferred installation method and hazardous-area requirements.

How are dust, temperature and pressure effects handled?

Options include purge, filtration, heated sampling and compensation, depending on the model and process conditions.

Can the analyzer connect to PLC, DCS or CEMS?

RS485 and 4–20 mA outputs are available across multiple models. Relay and switch outputs depend on the analyzer. See the model specifications for interface details.

What documentation and support do you provide?

We provide technical documentation, factory testing and calibration, export packaging, shipping, installation and commissioning guidance, remote support, operator training and spare parts.
